Has anyone had a dog that has had a baby tooth bigger than there Adult tooth one infront of the other still at 10 months old? The vet comfirmed it is her baby tooth the larger one and if it is causing no distress would you have it took out or just leave it for nature to bring it out. I should of said when she was spayed but I forgot as I was being brave having her spayed!!! Any suggestions welcome thanks x

Usually they pull deciduous teeth during their spay/neuter. If it's causing a problem I would get it pulled. Sometimes they don't cause a problem so you can leave them in. I would talk to your vet about it.
