My mom found this program called Socks for Japan that distributes socks to people in the shelters. I think it's awesome because you include a little note with each pair of socks to lift their spirits. I took some pictures of Sadie and Ritz with their outfits from Japan and the socks to include in the letter! Sadie and Ritz always make me smile so I hope it puts a smile on the faces of those affected by tsunami. If you want more information, go here: jasonkelly.com/helpjapan/To see what a difference a pair of socks makes, go here: jasonkelly.com/2011/04/drowning-hearts-at-lady-river/This post brought me to tears. The stories of the survivors just breaks my heart. We love socks! Some individual shots: Samurai Ritz Geisha girl

Fantastic! I will go sock shopping tomorrow! I had a brief look at the website, I'll have a better look later, but do they translate the letters for you? I could ask my friend to translate them for me if them don't...

If you look in the comments section you can find translations to different messages. Otherwise, you can post your own and someone will comment and translate it for you!
